2021: what a decade, huh? All jokes aside, the year really was challenging, but not without its bright moments. Here are the ones that made our December great.
Of course, we’re not talking construction sites, but building firm relationships. Why? Because we believe that “spreading the gospel” of data analytics throughout the industry will make the latter more agile and improve everyone’s business prospects.
#1 Gained new partnerships and collaborations
We’re super happy and proud to have rounded up the year with several new alliances. There’s colleges and courses applying our data analytics, business and media partnerships bringing data insights to a worldwide audience, and, most recently, we’ve started working with GEMA, the German society for musical performing and mechanical reproduction rights.
It’s great to see data analytics are being adopted industry-wide. Since we’d like to see even more growth in data adoption in 2022, we also motored forward with our educational efforts.
#2 Continued our educational webinar success
Our free online webinars became a fixture in December. Each session with an industry expert drew in a full house, tackled an issue people are genuinely interested in, and also gained media attention. It’s safe to say we’re looking forward to many more in 2022.
#3 Introduced the “Hot on Social Media” filter (and other updates!)
The platform update most true to its name was the “Hot on Social Media” filter. You can find it on the Viberate charts and it will help you determine and tag artists that are currently rising on social media. Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and Twitter are included.
